The RFL Process - Three Easy Steps!
- Our students are referred by friends, the library, Owens Community college and other community organizations.
- Students meet with the Administrator to determine appropriate learning materials.
- The student and tutor meet and begin lessons.
Other Read for L.I.F.E. Programs
* Read for L.I.F.E. will also provide tutors to those incarcerated in the Hancock County Jail.
* LETB (Learn English Through the Bible) is a 30 week ESL class and bible study held at St. John’s Evangelical Church. Class starts in the fall. Contact the Read For LIFE office for more information.
* Read for L.I.F.E. collaborates with many Hancock County Community Organizations such as:
- Bridges out of Poverty
- Summer Smart Lunch Series
- Hancock County Coordinating Council
- University of Findlay Service Learning
